Ensign Downs #2

The other day, Zev and I decided to take a walk up to the top of Ensign Peak, one of the peaks of Capitol Hill.

Here he is, ready for adventure:

After about 20 or 30 minutes, we got to Ensign Downs park. We still had quite a climb ahead of us.



But we stopped and played here first.








It had rained the day before, so all the slides were bepuddled save one.

When we finally got to the Ensign Peak trail, we found it to be less stroller-friendly than we had expected, so we didn't go all the way up:





We will have to reattempt later with the baby backpack. We were, however, able to reroute to Vista Mound, a somewhat lower but much more easily accessible spot.
